Can't Connect To Front Server

So FH hasn't been working for me for a few weeks now,
I'm sure to login on the website and leave the page up, but when I go into game it's completely ignoring it.
I've tried using the refreshthis thing, different browsers, a different computer, a different account, re-installed FH, made sure antivirus/firewall wasn't blocking it, etc.. and still nothing. It keeps giving me that "Failed to Connect To Front Server" when I try to log in.
Tbh I'm pretty sure I've tried everything, do you think I should contact staff about it..? or is there anything I missed.?

Are you sure your internet connection is strong enough fluff?

This seems like a really simple suggestion, but have you tried opening the login page on your computer before opening the game itself? Sometimes the system is picky like that and likes to make you log in to the site before opening up the game application.
It could also be something with your account as well considering it didn't work on a different computer. Have you been able to connect to the game in the past? And has your account been active, meaning that you've logged into it periodically in the past?

Changed your rendering systems? You can go to options > videos > rendering systems.
You can also see if logging into your cellular device works too.
You can even try restarting your router in case your Internet isn't connecting properly or not so strong as Arctic Suggested.

Yep, yep, and yep.. I still get the "Failed to connect" message. I've tried connecting to my neighbors internet even, to see if there was a problem there, but it still does the same. Just reset my router, nothin'. I've tried changing rendering subsystem and no luck. As well as logging in through my phone. Thank ya'll for the replies anyhow c:

I may just have to contact the staff directly, though I'm not sure if they can do anything about it either?

Seems like a best bet. It could be the cloudfare and it's still effecting where you live. ;c

Exactly 16 characters long. I heard that if it was over 16 it could be causing a problem? Although, I've tried on a side account that's only 9 characters long and still had no luck, so I'm not really sure..
