Can't log in!?

Hi, I just downloaded Feralheart. I made my username and password on the forum to register (obviously) and when I got feralheart I entered the same username and password from on the forum and it says 'Username or password incorrect 5 times results in 15 min ban' Please help???

'Allo, Nightmare, and welcome to the wonderful realms of Feral Heart! As for y'er username and password, make sure that all letters that should be capitalized are, as that may result in a log in error.

Try checking the email ye provided when registering for y'er user and pass as ye may think 'twas something else. FH does not accept the numpad, so if ye 'ave numbers in y'er user or pass, make sure that ye aren't using the group of number buttons to the right on y'er keyboard and that everything is showing up when ye are typing away.

If none of the above helps and fixes y'er problem, just let me know and I shall try m'best to fix it. ^3^

Oh, and one other thing, ye will 'ave to wait fifteen minutes now that ye used up y'er five tries at getting logged in. Although 'tis a pain, this deters anyone from trying to guess at y'er password and get into y'er account. Sorry for y'er troubles and I hope that ye can get logged in soon and enjoy the wonderful things Feral Heart has to offer. Enoki has said most of what can be found in this thread here, which should help you understand what might be going on. Make sure your username and password do not exceed sixteen characters, and also be sure you have activated your account upon registering.

Ah, sadly, ye are not allowed to change y'er game username. Unfortunately, ye will 'ave to make another account when registration comes back around.

Unfortunately, you will have to create a new account when the Registration next opens up. Information regarding the Registration times can be found here. I will be locking this, however, since bans of any kind are not to be discussed on the forum.

  You are prohibited to make a thread or mention in a post about being kicked and/or banned from ingame or on the forum. If you were kicked and/or banned, then it was for a reason.
