Suri twitched her ears as she listened to the others talking. It seemed we were finally getting along, at least. "At least some of us are making friends," she mumbled to herself. "Too bad Edme's scaring everyone more then we already are." It seemed everyone was scared of her. Who wouldn't? But it didn't really matter too the dusty wolfdog. She just wanted sleep.

Edme had already spotted the two youngling chatting about, only giving off a snicker of amusement before resting her head onto her paws once more. The bitter cold nipped at her ear tufts, making her splay them over her scalp with a slight shudder.

Mr. Sniffles lay his head on his paws. He could hear some other dogs talking at the far side of the room, but he didn't care to look who. A scientist walked back and knelt infront of his cage. "Are you going to release me?" Mr. Sniffles asked this queestion to every scientist who stopped infront of his cage. The scientist filled his food and water bowl up, muttered a goodnight, and left. When Mr. Sniffles thought nobody was looking, he gobbled his meal right up. He lapped up some water. The wolf-dog then walked to the center of his cage, curled up, and closed his eyes.
~In the dream~
Mr. Sniffles was in a field of wildflowers. He wagged his tail as he enjoyed their smell. "Mr. Sniffles!" Peter! Mr. Sniffles turned, and saw Peter running towards him, his arms wide. Mr. Sniffles ran at him, but nomatter how hard or fast he ran, Peter was too far. "My boy! I need you!" He yelped and woke up.
(Dream ends)
"Hey! Buddy!" Mr. Sniffles looked up to see a brown and black dog in the next cage. "You ok? You were barkin' and yappin' and your tail was waggin'!"
"Yea... I am ok... I just miss my home and my boy."
"Everyone misses their home! If you were the only one I'd feel sorry for you!" The dog snarled.
Mr. Sniffles flinched at the dog's sudden fury. Mr. Sniffles turned and lay down in the corner, sticking his nose in like he was in trouble. "What time is it?"
"Still night. That dream of yours wasn't very long." The dog answered with a sniff.
"Ok."

Kanti looked at the Wolf-Dog she now knew at Jehan-a smile plastered across the yearlings face as she dipped her head at the brute, glad he had accepted her idea about the pillow. "And my names Kanti!" She whispered with a slightly happier tone. It was the first time she had really spoke to someone else in this place-only ones who made an attempt with her was obviously the sceintists, Akecheta and Jehan. Shuffling quietly to her paws her fluffy tail began to wag_grabbing the large with pillow she began pushing it through the bars-carefully so it went through half was. Once doing so she plopped onto her haunches and looked at Jehan with her ears perked, a smile on her face and her tail slwoly sliding back and forth across the bottom of the cage.

Atek heard the mumblind of voices coming from both sides of the room-glancing to his left he spotted two older dogs talking-something about a dream from what he heard. Shrugging he turned to the right and glanced at the two yearlings who seemed to be having a conversation. A smile seemd to form on the bitter brutes face-something that was very rarely seen. For some reason he seemed to have a soft spot for the younger generation and was happy to see the two had made friends-something that would be important to them if they were to even make it through this place. The smile soon vanished from his face as he glanced around, letting out a sigh he pushed the bone towards the back of his cage and placed his head on his paws. Looking towards the roof of the building he let out a sigh "Goodnight Armani.." He muttered towards his sister, the brutes eyes slowly closed and he drifted off.

Mr. Sniffles was still listening to the dogs at the other side of the room, even if he couldn't make it out. He looked behind him, seeing the brown and black wolf-dog had had a space in the bars and got his nose through, "What's your name?"
"Mr. Sniffles."
"Mr. Sniffles?"
"Yea. My boy named me that when he was a pup."
"Oh! My name is King. My human named me that."
Mr. Sniffles walked up to his food bowl. A little pill lie in there. Fury surged through him, "They are trying to feed me medicine! Do they think I am sick?!" He barked. King looked at him through the bars, "Well, they probably do, why else?" Mr. Sniffles picked up the bowl and threw it across the cage.
"Put it back, Mr. Sniffles!" King yipped.
"Why? It had medicine in it!"
"The humans don't go in the cages, because they don't like getting bitten. So if they can't reach your food bowl, you won't get any food!"
Mr. Sniffles picked up the pill in his mouth and tossed it through the bars and against the wall. He didn't care what happened to it. The wolf-dog picked up the metal bowl, and put it against the front cage wall. King nodded in approval.
"Do you know how to get out?" King asked.
"I escaped twice, but I was always got and put back. No use trying again because I will just get caught and put in my cage again."
"Do you know how to undo the lock?"
"I know you have to push down on it because I  seen humans do it, but I can't reach my paw through."

Jehan

Jehan gazed down as the female stuffed half of the pillow back through the bars, then introduced herself as well. Perking his ears at her, he smiled shyly. "Oh, nice to- meet you." He responded in his usual quiet tone, a weak smile faintly cracking his maw as he returned his gaze back down. Letting out a subtle huff, the yearling slowly lowered himself so that his upper body was resting on his half of the pillow, though his shoulder was crammed against the bars. "How long are they gonna keep us in here?" He couldn't help but whimper as he spoke, his optics gazing between the bars and up at the other canine.

Kelso

Kelso, who had by then already dozed off on his side, quite comfortably on his new pillow, placed a forepaw over his ear, annoyed by the conversing of the two nearby brutes, from what he heard known as 'Mr.Sniffles' and 'King'. Overhearing the name Mr.Sniffles made the sleepy wolf-dog burst into subtle laughter. Mr.Sniffles? The bloody hell kinda name is that? Kelso couldn't help but think to himself. His tired mind quickly changed his chuckling mood into one of annoyance as the two strangers continued speaking, disturbing his sleep once more. "Oi, Sniffles-" He snapped with a growl, though speaking the humerous name made a quick smirk flash across his face, but it quickly faded. "Will you two quit 'yer yappin' already? Some of us're tryin' 'ta get our beauty sleep!" He grumbled.

Ashka

The small femmora stood up once again she growled lowly as she lifted her paw and carefully pushed down the latch as she pulled the top she then inched out slowly and gracefully she then looked down as she stepped on a pill, her pupil's shrunk as she slipped on it landing quietly on her abdomen. With the smallest whine she slowly and carefully got back to her paws. She started to go into a rather fast trot as she was so close to freedom she pawed at the door gently as the door creeped open and shut silently. She walked around the scientists were everywhere her pupil's shrunk as she saw one approaching she quickly scrambled to the side unseen somehow she looked around as suddenly "YELP!!!" A scientist stepped on her tail, she whined as she quickly ran around she hopped onto desks growling loudly warning them not to touch her.

Being curled up on her pillows, everything was mostly quiet- that is until the damned miss got out. Jumping up, the dark canine's jowls parted to rasp out a booming roar before pivoting off her haunches and pelting through the door and into the hallways. "Get back 'ere, you rat!" Edme rumbled, dashing towards the confused female with a sudden leap towards her. The canine was basically trapped in the mass of guards, so catching her shouldn't be a problem. As she was about to deliver a blow, an armed guard quickly snatched Ashka by her scruff and started to drag her away back into her cell with Edme at his heels.

Ashka jolted her head up and snapped harsh fully "I HAD NO GOD DAMB FOOD!" It nearly sounded like she was speaking human language as she growled loudly.
