What is Atri'Mori?
Atri'Mori is an in-progress wolf MMORPG. You will be able to hunt, fight, have pups, mark territory, and more!
Maps~
There will be a total of 6 maps. Each map will be HUGE. Like, large enough to fit AT LEAST 20 packs in one CORNER. The maps will be highly detailed, with realistic 3D graphics and textures.
Species~
There will be two species: Wolf, and Cougar. To play the cougar, you need a paid subscription. The cougar feature will not happen until the second release.
Prey~
There will be a bunch of different prey species, such as:
Elk
Deer
Ibex
Rabbit
Sheep
Cow
Goat
Hunting~
This game will feature hunting. You must hunt to survive, and eat. Hunting will be REALISTIC, such as actual bite/attack animations, and blood.
Blood~
This game has blood in it and is not recommended for anyone under the age of 12. Younger users can still play, but only if they are mature enough to handle blood and slight gore. (Insides of prey, like when a wolf rips the prey open.)
PvP~
This game will feature fighting and death. If you die, you become a ghost. The character is still playable, but you cannot communicate with the living unless a wolf has the 'clairvoyant' trait. While fighting, this game will feature graphic, realistic wolf violence, and blood.
Traits~
There will be a couple of traits that give your wolf a slight advantage.
Best Scenter: This trait allows you to see all scent trails bright and clear, even if days old. These wolves make the best trackers.
Lucky Hunter: This trait allows you to have a greater chance of catching prey.
Clairvoyant: This allows you to communicate with ghosts.
Swift Runner: This trait gives you a major speed boost, allowing you to run faster than other wolves.
Strong Fighter:This trait gives you extra strength, so your attacks have more chance of injuring your opponent, and the wounds will be more fatal.
You can choose two traits.
Packs~
You will be able to form packs, and a hierarchy. Meaning, you can manage the other members' ranks, such as: Beta, Delta, Omega. The mate of the pack starter will be the second alpha.
Mates~
Yes, you can have mates. No, there will be no mating animation. You MUST be inside a den, alone with your mate, in order to actually mate. You will not be able to see it, and no one else will either.
Pups~
Yes, you can have pups. NO, they will NOT be NPCs. They will be PLAYERS.
When entering the game as a pup, it will display a list of pregnant females. Select one, and wait to be born. Mother wolves have a gestation period of four days, and only accepts pups on the fourth and fifth days. When the time to be born comes, a little thing installed with the game will give an alarm on your computer, even if you are offline. It will ring three times every five minutes, and if the pups don't get on, or the mother doesn't get on, it ends up as a miscarriage.
Scenting~
There will be scent trails. The older it is, the fainter it is. The newer it is, the brightest it is. When you are by a scent trail in scenting mode, it will read: "Species, age, health, gender."
Aging~
There will be auto-aging. There are 6 age stages:
Newborn Pup
Older Pup
Adolescent
Young Adult
Adult
Elder
